Meet Meshell

Breathwork you can love easily... Starting March 1st!

I've been talking about some new work, and new collaborations, in my admittedly sporadic communications with you.

As the centerpiece of my latest endeavors, may I introduce to you my dear friend and colleague Meshell Zwicker. Meshell is a coach, leader, ecstatic dancer, and host of some extraordinary house concerts at her gorgeous home in San Diego.

And, what's even MORE cool, Meshell leads a weekly breathwork meditation on Mondays - at 7:50 AM Pacific time - that WE have been invited to attend! (Click this link Mondays at 7:45 AM or so to join the zoom call and get settled in. I'll be there, too.)

This practice is normally reserved for her coaching clients, but Meshell has graciously allowed me to invite all of YOU to this practice.

I have to admit - I asked if you guys could come.

Why? Because I find this practice SO useful for me. I don't know about you, but this pandemic situation has had a significant impact on my daily routine, my energies, my fitness - really, so much of my life has been disrupted by what we've been through.

Once I started attending Meshell's breathwork meditations, I was hooked. Then I kind of drifted away from it (travel, moving, life...) and noticed how much I missed it. Now that I'm back, I can say with confidence that when I start my week with Meshell's practice, my week is definitively better.

I think you'll find the same for you.

Meshell provides a structured offering that mixes kundalini yoga, pranayama, and other (e.g., Wim Hoff) styles of breathwork that, for me, is the best way to start my week. Meshells' practice provides structure and form that is very helpful to me.

Meshell offers a great practice. AND, as I begin to re-launch my offerings, I'm going to be offering more of my own breathwork sessions. If those sessions seemed too esoteric or inaccessible to you, Meshells work is the antidote. Getting grounded in what Meshell teaches will make our future breathwork journeys more fulfilling and vitalizing.

But wait...there's more!

Starting Tuesday, March 1st, Meshell is offering a 21-day challenge - 21 days of breathwork, starting at 7:50 AM, right through the first day of Spring! (Again, click this link to join the zoom call 7:45 AM or so, each morning from March 1st to March 21st.)

What a great way to get the energies of Springtime flowing through your body - and what a great way to meet and participate in Meshell's exciting work. I hope you'll join me and Meshell on Mondays at 7:50 AM, and daily starting March 1st at the same time, for a transformative, vitalizing, refreshing practice that will make you feel ALIVE!

If you have questions, please reach out to me. Meshell is also available. If you'd like to chat with her, I'll happily connect you.
