Service Description

Great for any skill level - beginner to expert. Focused attention on the sensations that come with alignment, effort, resistance - and the breath - can take your practice deeper. Especially through the lens of sensation, you and your body will make friends faster, and go farther. Includes up to two participants. Additional attendees are $10/person.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service time require full payment. Please call if you have an emergency situation.
