Great for any skill level - beginner to expert. Giving your team an hour to really feel great will boost performance on the job, create a healthier work environment, and enhance quality of life. It's an easy win. As many as 25 of your team members can participate, space permitting. Sessions are an hour. Pricing varies based on travel. Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service time require full payment. Please call if you have an emergency situation.
