Mondays:
9:15-10:30 AM Monday Hatha
Prajna Center (Drop-ins available)

Sukha and Sthira - Sweetness and Strength - is the focus of this bright and cheery week-starter. All levels welcome - bring your vitality and optimism. No caffeine required!

12:00-1:00 PM Monday Mojo Yoga

San Carlos 24Hr Fitness (Drop-ins available)

This class is a great way to start your week. Medium-intensity muscle work with generous stretching helps build positive mood and vitality for the week.  It's also a nice refresher and booster from Saturday's 8:00 AM class.

Tuesdays:

7:15-8:30 PM Tuesday Intensity Yoga
San Mateo Athletic Club (Drop-ins available)
The most intense class of the week, focusing on deep asanas, long holds, and somatic focus. Come prepared to work hard, and feel deep. Open to (and useful for) any level of practitioner; you might not be able to do all of everything, but you'll get the benefits of doing what you can.

Wednesdays:

9:15-10:30 AM Wednesday Hatha/Vinyasa

Much like our Monday morning class but with a little extra flow. â€‹A mid-week pick-me-up for strength and flexibility.

11:30 AM - 12:30 PM Somatic Yoga

SRI International, Menlo Park (Employees Only)

7:00-8:15 PM Wednesday Workout Yoga
San Mateo Athletic Club (Drop-ins available)
Similar in style and content to Tuesday Intensity, but with more movement, and holds that are a little shorter. This is a challenging class - you will get a workout. Again, beneficial to anyone - but be prepared to work.

Thursdays:

10:00 - 11:00 AM Hatha Yoga Fundamentals
 Redwood City 24Hr Fitness Super Sport (Drop-ins available)

In this class we focus on fundamentals, to help guide and develop a healthy, resilient practice. Experienced practitioners will be challenged, discovering new ways of experiencing familiar postures. If you're a beginner, you'll get a great grounding that will serve you in every other yoga class you take.

Fridays: 

6:00-7:00 AM Wake-up Vinyasa Yoga

Palo Alto JCC (Drop-ins available)

At 6:00 AM on Friday, we want to vitalize gently, wake up and get ready for the weekend. Lots of breath work, open movements, and freedom. My lightest class of the week (because who wants to work that hard at 6:00 AM on a Friday?) Come out and try it - you'll feel awake and refreshed, perfect for Friday morning.

7:00-8:15 AM Fabulous Friday Yoga-Qi
Palo Alto JCC (Drop-ins available)

Continuing the theme of "Hey, it's Friday...", this class is a breath-opener with movement and stretching. It also includes some vigor, too, though - we build strength and find balance (which also builds strength). A wide-ranging, medium-intensity class, suitable for all levels. Better than coffee...!

12:00-1:00 PM Friday Focus Yoga 

Mountain View 24Hr Fitness Super Sport (Drop-ins available)

Here's where we break things down, and refine. Often, this class is like a workshop. We'll still get a workout, and in addition we may focus on the nuance and refinement of a particular aspect of the practice. As a result, the class can be little slower and less intense. Suitable for all levels.

8:00-9:00 AM Happy Hatha Yoga

Yeay! It's Saturday and we're up, out of bed, and doing yoga! What a great way to start the weekend! In this medium-intensity, all-levels, fun-crowd class, we literally do Yoga for the joy of it, exploring and experiencing a broad-ranging practice. Exuberant, playful, and refreshing, you'll feel great during AND after this class.
